POS Platform · Web App
Lemmon
Lemmon is the operating system for restaurants, cafés, bars and mountain huts across Switzerland. We built the platform that runs their service every day — from taking an order on any device to closing the shift.

The challenge
What needed to change
Swiss venues were running service on a patchwork of tools: a till for orders, a paper book for reservations, a separate card terminal and spreadsheets for tips and shifts. Every handover between them cost time during the busiest hours.
Lemmon needed one system that works on any phone, tablet or computer, speaks French, German and English, and stays fast whether it is a lunch rush in Lausanne or a mountain hut at 2,940 m.
Our approach
How we solved it
We designed the platform around the way a service actually flows: the order is taken, the kitchen prepares it, the table is followed until it pays, and the shift is closed with clear numbers.
The interface is dark, high-contrast and built for touch, so staff can work quickly in a dim dining room or on a small screen, while managers get the full picture from the same app.
POS organised by services (lunch, dinner, brunch, drinks) and categories, with take-away, notes and send-to-table
Live table overview with time at the table and the running bill in CHF
Kitchen and bar board grouped by course, from Preparing to Ready
Reservations with requests, weekly schedule, history and events
Card, cash and online payments with tips and split bills
Reports: sales dashboard, payment history, tips per staff member, closing reports and shifts
Product catalogue with instant availability switches
