ERP · Road Construction
Mithras
Mithras is the internal ERP of a Romanian road-construction contractor working in asphalt, concrete and soil stabilization with a large heavy-equipment fleet. Offers, worksites, machines, dispatch, service, refueling, HR and reporting now live in one system, used in the office, on site and on the phone.

The challenge
What needed to change
The company ran dozens of worksites on paper, spreadsheets and phone calls. Daily reports arrived on paper days late, fuel was reconciled by hand from three card providers, and finding an excavator meant calling the site chief.
Management could not quickly answer three questions: where every machine is and whether it is working, what each worksite produced today, and where the fuel actually went.
Our approach
How we solved it
Instead of eight separate tools, we built one system with eight modules sharing one login, one permission system, one audit trail and 17 shared catalogs — materials, asphalt types, brands, zones, job codes and more. A Vue 3 single-page app serves the office, a dedicated mobile surface serves operators on site, and a Laravel API with typed DTOs keeps every response predictable.
The part we are proudest of is the offers flow: tender emails are imported with their attachments, a fast Claude model triages them, and a stronger model drafts a priced estimate from the tender documents and the company’s own past works. The AI acts only through a whitelisted toolbox, flags uncertain lines instead of guessing, and every change lands in the offer history next to human edits.
Offers: AI triage of tender emails, AI-drafted estimates with cited sources, revisions and PDF export; a won offer becomes a worksite with its budget
Worksites: daily production reports from the phone, materials, budgets closed and re-locked nightly, IPCs and physical progress
Assets and dispatch: the whole fleet on one map from hourly iTrack GPS imports, working/idle/offline from engine hours, QR labels on every machine
Service: a failed item on the mobile daily check opens a repair request; maintenance plans generated daily from engine hours
Refueling: statements from three fuel-card providers matched to machines automatically, with anomaly rules for tank capacity, distance and repeated fills
HR: leave requests and balances, live attendance from iFlow, expiring certificates and documents
27 operational, fuel and cost reports exportable to Excel and PDF
140 granular permissions, impersonation for support, global search, notifications, activity log and dark mode
